1.
Vehicle Condition Acknowledgment
- I acknowledge that the vehicle is in the condition stated at the time of service commencement.
- Any existing damage, scratches, or mechanical issues should be noted prior to detailing.
2.
Service Limitations
- Individual results may vary based on the age and condition of the vehicle.
- We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or deep scratches.
3.
Liability Waiver
- LePage Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical or structural failures.
- Customer agrees to hold the company harmless for any accidental surface wear during normal detailing processes.
4.
Personal Belongings
- Please remove all personal items, valuables, and electronics prior to the appointment.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property left inside the vehicle.
5.
Photography & Media Release
- I grant permission to use photos/videos of the vehicle for promotional and social media purposes.
- No personal information or license plate details will be displayed without consent.
6.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
- We accept e-transfer, debit or credit card.
7.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
8.
Mobile Service Conditions
At the service location specified by the customer, access to a safe working area, water, and power must be provided.
9.
Pet Hair / Biohazard Clause
- Excessive pet hair, mold, or biological waste requires specialized treatment.
- Additional surcharges apply for vehicles requiring biohazard or extreme hair removal.
10.
Winter / Environmental Conditions
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to sub-zero temperatures or inclement weather.
- Mobile services may be limited during winter months based on site suitability.
11.
Right to Refuse or Stop Service
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time for safety reasons or unprofessional conduct.
- Services may be adjusted based on site conditions or vehicle specifications.
12.
Final Agreement
Your booking of, or consent to proceed with, the scheduled service confirms your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
