Our History
LePage Auto Detailing began with a simple experience that turned into a lasting passion.
In 2006, Shawn LePage detailed his grandmother’s Buick with the help of a classmate from an auto body course. What started as a one-time effort quickly became something more — a genuine appreciation for the process of restoring a vehicle and the feeling that comes with it.
For Shawn, detailing has always been about more than just cleaning. It’s about that moment when you sit behind the wheel of a freshly detailed vehicle — when everything feels reset, refined, and taken care of.
Over the years, that passion continued to grow. Shawn began maintaining work trucks, personal vehicles, and eventually helping friends who wanted the same level of care for their own vehicles.
In 2022, the decision was made to turn that long-standing hobby into a business. Before officially launching, years were spent researching detailing methods, products, and the local Halifax Regional Municipality market — both mobile and shop-based services.
Today, LePage Auto Detailing is built on nearly two decades of hands-on experience, continuous learning, and a genuine commitment to quality. Every vehicle is approached with the same care and attention that started it all.
